RTS Performance

We supply high-performance lubricants designed to protect your engine and maximise performance. Due to the nature of these products, our returns policy is structured to ensure product integrity, safety, and fairness.

7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unopened, unused, and fully sealed
In original packaging and resellable condition
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged in transit
Defective
Incorrect

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

Replace the item at no cost
Or issue a full refund if replacement is not possible

Change of Mind Returns

If you no longer need the product:

Returns must be requested within 7 days
Product must remain sealed and unused

Please note:

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Non-Returnable Items (Important)

Due to the nature of lubricants and fluids, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened or used products (including partially used containers)
Products where seals have been broken or tampered with
Items contaminated after delivery
Products used incorrectly or applied to the wrong system
Special-order or bulk supply items

This is to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Product Selection Responsibility

RTS Performance provides guidance, but final product selection remains the customer’s responsibility.

We are not liable for:

Incorrect oil or fluid selection
Compatibility issues with your vehicle or equipment
Damage resulting from incorrect application

How to Start a Return

Email: reddytsperformance@gmail.com
Include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged/incorrect)
Wait for approval before shipping
Return using a tracked courier

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless error on our side)

Our products are designed for high performance, but results depend on correct usage.

RTS Performance is not responsible for:

Engine or equipment damage due to misuse
Failure to follow manufacturer specifications
Mixing incompatible lubricants
